  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (‘the Act’). This Order adds to Schedule 2 to the Act (Departments etc. subject to investigation) the bodies listed in article 2. The addition of the Board of the Pension Protection Fund is subject to a note, which provides that an investigation may be conducted only in respect of its functions relating to the financial assistance scheme.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
