Article 3 Amendment to Schedule 4 to the Act

In Schedule 4 to the Act (Relevant tribunals for the purposes of section 5(7))—

(a)

omit “Persons hearing consumer credit licensing appeals appointed under regulation 24 of the Consumer Credit Licensing (Appeals) Regulations 1998.”^f1;

(b)

for “Valuation tribunals continued in existence under regulation 3 of the Valuation and Community Charge Tribunals Regulations 1989”^f2 substitute “The Valuation Tribunal for England established under Schedule 11 to the Local Government Finance Act 1988”^f3.
