  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (“the Act”). Article 2 of this Order substitutes the Schedule to this Order for Schedule 2 to the Act (Departments etc. subject to investigation). The change of name from the “Rail Passengers’ Council” to the “Passengers’ Council” is to correct a change of name inadvertently made by the Parliamentary Commissioner Order 2010 (S.I. 2010/239) reversing the change made by the Passengers’ Council (Non-Railway Functions) Order 2010 (S.I. 2010/439). The addition of the Supreme Court is subject to a note, which provides that the entry only applies in respect of action taken by administrative staff but not so far as that action is taken at the direction, or on the authority, of any person acting in a judicial capacity.
