  "long_title": "This Order amends the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (“the Act”). Article 2 of this Order amends Schedule 2 to the Act (departments etc. subject to investigation). It adds the Regulatory Policy Committee to the list of departments and authorities which are subject to investigation by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration; it omits from that list those bodies referred to in article 2(b); and it amends those entries in the list referred to in article 2(c) and (d). Article 3 amends Schedule 3 to the Act (matters not subject to investigation) to exclude certain actions of the Secretary of State in connection with the occupational benefit schemes under the Naval, Military and Air Forces etc. (Disablement and Death) Service Pensions Order 2006 and the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011.",
