Article 2 Amendments to Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967

(1)

Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967f1 (departments etc. subject to investigation) is amended as follows.

(2)

At the appropriate place insert the following—

  • “British Transport Police Authority.”

  • “Electricity Settlements Company Ltd.”

  • “Independent Medical Expert Group.”

  • “Low Carbon Contracts Company Ltd.”.

(3)

Omit the following entries—

  • “Agricultural dwelling house advisory committees.”

  • “Agricultural wages committees.”

  • “Commission for Rural Communities.”

  • “Equality 2025.”

  • “Olympic Lottery Distributor.”.

(4)

Omit “Probation trusts.” and insert “Community rehabilitation companies.” at the appropriate place.
