  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments etc. subject to investigation). It adds the bodies referred to in article 2(2) to the list of departments and authorities which are subject to investigation by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration; it omits from that list those bodies referred to in article 2(3), which have been abolished; and it amends those entries in the list referred to in article 2(4).\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
