  "text": "(1) Schedule 1 (the Boundary Commissions) is amended as follows.\n(2) In each of the following provisions, after “Secretary of State” insert “ or the Minister for the Cabinet Office ”\n(a) paragraph 2 (appointment of members),\n(b) paragraph 4A (remuneration of members),\n(c) paragraph 6(1) and (2) (appointment and remuneration etc. of assistant Commissioners), and\n(d) paragraph 7 (appointment of other officers).",
