# Parliamentary Constituencies Act 2020, Paragraph 3


(1) Schedule 1 (the Boundary Commissions) is amended as follows.
(2) In each of the following provisions, after “Secretary of State” insert “ or the Minister for the Cabinet Office ”
(a) paragraph 2 (appointment of members),
(b) paragraph 4A (remuneration of members),
(c) paragraph 6(1) and (2) (appointment and remuneration etc. of assistant Commissioners), and
(d) paragraph 7 (appointment of other officers).
