  "text": "(1) For all the constituencies in England there shall be substituted the constituencies which—\n(a) are named in the left-hand column of the Schedule to this Order;\n(b) are designated in that column as either county constituencies or borough constituencies; and\n(c) comprise the areas set out in the right-hand column of that Schedule.\n(2) The areas set out in the right-hand column of the Schedule to this Order are local government areas as they existed on 1st June 1994.",
