# The Parliamentary Constituencies (England) Order 1995, Article 2


(1) For all the constituencies in England there shall be substituted the constituencies which—
(a) are named in the left-hand column of the Schedule to this Order;
(b) are designated in that column as either county constituencies or borough constituencies; and
(c) comprise the areas set out in the right-hand column of that Schedule.
(2) The areas set out in the right-hand column of the Schedule to this Order are local government areas as they existed on 1st June 1994.
