  "text": "England is divided into the parliamentary constituencies—\n(a) which are named in column 1 of the tables in Schedule 1,\n(b) which are designated in that column as being either county constituencies or borough constituencies, and\n(c) which comprise the areas which are set out in column 2 of those tables opposite the name of the constituency.",
