# The Parliamentary Constituencies Order 2023, Article 7: Amendment of the Parliamentary Constituencies and Assembly Electoral Regions (Wales) Order 2006

In the Parliamentary Constituencies and Assembly Electoral Regions (Wales) Order 2006—
(a) in article 1 (citation, commencement and interpretation), omit paragraph (3)(b);
(b) omit article 2 (parliamentary constituencies in Wales);
(c) in article 4 (electoral registers)—
(i) omit paragraph (a) and the “and” immediately after that paragraph;
(ii) omit “parliamentary or, as the case may be,”;
(d) in Schedule 1 (name, designation and composition of parliamentary constituencies and assembly constituencies in Wales)—
(i) in the heading, for “, designation and composition of parliamentary constituencies and” substitute “and composition of”;
(ii) in each table, in the heading for column 1 omit “and Designation”.
