  "text": "(1) The Parliamentary Elections (Welsh Forms) Order 2005 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) in Schedule 1—\n(a) in Form 4 (form of words for first question prescribed by rule 35(2)), for “gwr [gwraig]” substitute “priod, partner sifil”; and\n(b) in Form 4 (form of words for second question prescribed by rule 35(2)), for “ŵr [gwraig]” substitute “priod, partner sifil”.\n(3) in Schedule 2—\n(a) in Form 6 (Proxy’s Official Poll Card)—\n(i) for “ŵr, yn wraig” substitute “priod, partner sifil”; and\n(ii) for “husband, wife” substitute “spouse, civil partner”; and\n(b) in Form 9 (Proxy Paper)—\n(i) for “ŵr, yn wraig” substitute “priod, partner sifil”; and\n(ii) for “husband, wife” substitute “spouse, civil partner”.",
