# The Parliamentary Elections (Welsh Forms) (Amendment) Order 2005, Article 2: Amendment of the Parliamentary Elections (Welsh Forms) Order 2005


(1) The Parliamentary Elections (Welsh Forms) Order 2005 shall be amended as follows.
(2) in Schedule 1—
(a) in Form 4 (form of words for first question prescribed by rule 35(2)), for “gwr [gwraig]” substitute “priod, partner sifil”; and
(b) in Form 4 (form of words for second question prescribed by rule 35(2)), for “ŵr [gwraig]” substitute “priod, partner sifil”.
(3) in Schedule 2—
(a) in Form 6 (Proxy’s Official Poll Card)—
(i) for “ŵr, yn wraig” substitute “priod, partner sifil”; and
(ii) for “husband, wife” substitute “spouse, civil partner”; and
(b) in Form 9 (Proxy Paper)—
(i) for “ŵr, yn wraig” substitute “priod, partner sifil”; and
(ii) for “husband, wife” substitute “spouse, civil partner”.
