# The Parliamentary Elections (Welsh Forms) Order 2005, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order—
“the 1983 Act” means the Representation of the People Act 1983; and
“the 2001 Regulations” means the Representation of the People (England and Wales) Regulations 2001.
