  "text": "In section 3(2A)of the 1972 Act (contibutions from Parliamentary remuneration) the word “and” at the end of paragraph (c) shall be deleted and for paragraph (d) there shall be substituted:\n“(d) in the case of a period beginning on or after 1st January 1987 and before 1st April 1992, nine per cent; and\n(e) in the case of a period beginning on or after 1st April 1992, six per cent.”",
