  "heading": "Title, commencement and interpretation",
  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Parliamentary Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 8th October 2004, but regulations 2(b) and (g) to (i), 3 to 5 and 8 to 11 shall have effect from 26th November 2003.\n(2) In these Regulations, the “Principal Regulations” means the Parliamentary Pensions (Consolidation and Amendment) Regulations 1993.",
