# The Parliamentary Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 10: Transfers to other pension schemes after opt out


In paragraph (5) of regulation P2 of the Principal Regulations, there shall be inserted after “or an office holder”, the words “(other than a Chairman of a Select Committee)”.
