# The Parliamentary Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 8: Refund to contributor


In paragraph (4) of regulation N1 of the Principal Regulations for the words “his salary as a member of the House of Commons or as an office holder” there shall be substituted the words “his salary as a Member of the House of Commons as defined in regulation D1(2) or his salary as an officeholder as defined in regulation D2(2)”.
