# The Parliamentary Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 9: Transfers to other pension schemes


In sub-paragraph (1)(b) of regulation P1 of the Principal Regulations, there shall be inserted after “an office holder” the words “(other than a Chairman of a Select Committee)”.
