  "text": "(1) Regulation F8 of the Contributory Fund Regulations (duration of pensions) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) for “no such pension shall be payable” substitute “such a pension shall be reduced to nil if it is payable”, and\n(b) omit “or a candidate for election to that House”.\n(3) In paragraph (3)—\n(a) after “payable to him” insert “in full”, and\n(b) for the words from “neither” to “that House” substitute “not a Member of the House of Commons”.\n(4) Omit paragraph (4).",
