  "text": "This Act extends to the whole of the United Kingdom, except that—\n(a) Part 1 of Schedule 3 extends only to England and Wales and Scotland;\n(b) Part 2 of that Schedule extends only to Northern Ireland;\n(c) an amendment or repeal made by this Act has the same extent as the provision amended or repealed.",
