  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order is made under section 2 of the Ecclesiastical Fees Measure 1986 and amends the Parochial Fees and Scheduled Matters Amending Order 2019 (S.I. 2019/752) so as to provide that parochial fees under article 6 of that Order increase for the remainder of 2023 and for the whole of 2024 by whichever is the lower of the Consumer Prices Index and 5%.",
