# The Parole Board (Amendment) Rules 2009, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Parole Board (Amendment) Rules 2009 and shall come into force on 1st April 2009.
(2) In these Rules, “the 2004 Rules” means the Parole Board Rules 2004.
