# The Parole Board (Amendment) Rules 2025, Rule 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Parole Board (Amendment) Rules 2025.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Rules come into force on 16th December 2025.
(3) Rule 2(11) comes into force at the same time as sections 61 and 62 of the Victims and Prisoners Act 2024 come into force.
(4) These Rules extend to England and Wales.
