# The Parole Board Rules 2019, Article 26: Decision making by a panel ...

Extent: E+W

(1) Where a panel is constituted of more than one member, a decision of the majority of the members of the panel is the decision of the panel.
(2) A panel ... that is unable to reach a decision in accordance with paragraph (1) must be dissolved by the Board chair, who must then appoint a new panel.
