Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Parole Board (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1997 and shall come into force on 20th October 1997.

In these Rules “the principal Rules” means the Parole Board (Scotland) Rules 1993^f1.
