# The Parole Board (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1998, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Parole Board (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1998 and shall come into force on 1st September 1998.
(2) In these Rules–
“the 1993 Rules” means the Parole Board (Scotland) Rules 1993; and
“the 1995 Rules” means the Parole Board (Scotland) Rules 1995.
