# The Parole Board (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1998, Article 6: Amendment of the 1993 and 1995 Rules


In rule 15 of the 1993 Rules and rule 14 of the 1995 Rules there shall be added at the end–
“(5) Subject to rule 6, the Board shall send to the person concerned a copy of any information obtained by it under paragraph (4) or otherwise which it considers to be relevant to the case.”.
