  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Parole Board (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2026 and come into force on 25 March 2026.\n(2) These Rules apply to every case referred by the Scottish Ministers to the Parole Board for Scotland on or after 25 March 2026.",
