In a Part IV case–

(a)

a copy of the judgment of the High Court in any appeal by the prisoner against his current sentence or the conviction on which that sentence was imposed; and

(b)

a written summary of any previous reviews of the prisoner’s case by the Board and of the outcome of such reviews.
