# The Parole Board (Scotland) Rules 2022, Rule 23: General procedure of oral hearing panel

Extent: S

(1) Subject to the provisions of these Rules, an oral hearing panel may regulate its own procedure for the purpose of a case to be determined under this Part.
(2) A case to which this Part applies is to be determined following an oral hearing in accordance with this Part, unless the parties and the panel agree that the case may be determined without an oral hearing.
