  "text": "In Rule 8 of the Rules—\n(a) for the heading there shall be substituted the following heading—\n“Prescribed time for objections to or representations on proposals”\n(b) after the words “section 3(1)”, in the first place where they occur, there shall be inserted the words “and section 7”; and\n(c) after the words “section 3(1)”, in the second place where they occur, there shall be inserted the words “or, as the case may be, section 7”.",
