# The Parsonages Measure (Amendment) Rules 2007, Article 3: Passing to Commissioners of objections or representations


For Rule 9 there shall be substituted the following Rule—
“Passing to Commissioners of objections or representations”
“9. Where objections or representations are received by the Board in response to a notice given under sections 3(1) or 7 of the Measure, the Board shall within five working days of receipt send such objections or representations to the Commissioners for consideration.”.
