# The Parsonages Measure (Amendment) Rules 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st May 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Parsonages Measure 1938, as amended by the Synodical Government Measure 1969, the Patronage (Benefices) Measure 1986, the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2000 and the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2006 the Church Commissioners hereby make the following Rules:
