  "text": "SHERIFF COURT\nMade 23rd May 2001\nComing into force 24th May 2001\nThe Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11C(4) of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1971 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 11D(2) of the Act, been laid before, and approved by a resolution of the Scottish Parliament:",
