# The Part-Time Sheriffs (Removal Tribunal) Regulations 2001, Introduction: Introductory text

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11C(4) of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1971 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 11D(2) of the Act, been laid before, and approved by a resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
