# The Participation Request (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2017, Regulation 13: Promotion of the use of participation requests


A public service authority is to promote the use of participation requests by publishing on a website or by other electronic means (including by use of social media) information explaining how a participation request may be made to that authority.
