# The Participation Request (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2017, Regulation 5: Validation date


A participation request is taken to have been made on the date on which the last of the items or information required to be provided in connection with the participation request in accordance with section 22(2) of the Act and regulation 3 is received by the public service authority.
