Regulation 7 Time for periods for decision

The period prescribed for the purposes of section 24(7)(a) of the Act is—

(a)

in the case of a participation request including a request under section 22(6) of the Act, the period of 45 working days beginning with the validation date; and

(b)

in any other case, the period of 30 working days beginning with the validation date.
