  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules revoke and replace the Patent Office (Address) Rules 1985 (S.I. 1985/1099).\nThey give effect to the transfer of the Patent Office to two new addresses as follows:—\n(a) on 15th April 1991 to premises in Newport, Gwent; and\n(b) on 29th April 1991 to Southampton Buildings in London, from the existing address in State House.\nThey also specify the new address of the Manchester Branch of the Trade Marks Registry.",
