  "text": "(1) Section 120 (hours of business and excluded days) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)—\n(a) for “Rules may specify” there is substituted “ The comptroller may give directions specifying ”;\n(b) for “and may specify” there is substituted “ and the directions may specify ”.\n(3) After subsection (2) there is inserted—\n“(3) Directions under this section shall be published in the prescribed manner.”",
