  "text": "(1) Schedule 2 (minor and consequential amendments) has effect.\n(2) The enactments set out in Schedule 3 are repealed to the extent specified.\n(3) Article 6 of the Patent Office Trading Fund Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/1796) is revoked.",
