  "text": "Exiting The European Union\nPatents\nMade 4th April 2019\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nA draft of these Regulations has been approved by resolutions of both Houses of Parliament pursuant to paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 .\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, makes the following Regulations:",
