# The Patents (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 1999, Article 11: Citation, commencement and transitional


In rule 38 (certificates of grant), for the words “the form set out in Schedule 3” substitute “a form which includes the name of the proprietor of the patent and the date of filing of the application.”.
