# The Patents (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 1999, Article 16: Citation, commencement and transitional


In rule 54(2) (reference of question to the comptroller under section 37(1)) immediately after subparagraph (b), there shall be inserted—
“other than the person making the reference under section 37(1) or any person who has consented in writing to the reference.”.
