# The Patents (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 1999, Article 22: Citation, commencement and transitional


In Schedule 1, for Patents Form 12/77 (Payment of renewal fee (and additional fee for late payment)) substitute the form in the Schedule to these Rules.
