# The Patents (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 1999, Article 5: Citation, commencement and transitional


In rule 7(2) (references under section 8(1)(a) or 12(1)(a)), immediately after subparagraph (d) there shall be inserted—
“other than any person who has consented in writing to the reference.”.
