# The Patents (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 1999, Article 6: Citation, commencement and transitional


In rule 8(2) (references by co-proprietors under section 8(1)(b) or 12(1)(b)), immediately after subparagraph (e), there shall be inserted—“other than the co-proprietor making the reference under section 8(1)(b) or 12(1)(b)”.
