  "text": "In rule 14 (mention of inventor under section 13)—\n(a) in subparagraph (a) of paragraph (1) for the word “he” substitute the words “any person”;\n(b) after paragraph (5), insert—\n“(6) This procedure shall not apply where the question of inventorship by the inventor or joint inventor is put in issue by a reference under section 8 or 37.”.",
